Scott Speed will return to Toro Rosso next year

Official confirmation may still lacking, but team co-owner Gerhard Berger says Toro Rosso will contest the 2007 season with the same race drivers.
Scuppering speculation that Robert Doornbos could oust Scott Speed after just one year on the grid, Berger said the Californian rookie and Tonio Liuzzi will again be team-mates when the circus reconvenes in Australia next March.
“We are not going to change our drivers,” Austrian Berger told Kicker.
Of the delay, he explained: “Before we could announce our drivers we had to settle other things, such as the engine, and we have done that now. ”
Toro Rosso will be powered by Ferrari V8s in 2007, after lengthy negotiations with the Maranello marque paved the way for sister team Red Bull to use a Renault engine next year.
