Formula 1(GMM)-Rain could fall on the third annual Chinese Grand Prix this weekend, according to local forecasts around Shanghai.

It was cloudy but warm and dry in the country’s biggest city throughout Tuesday morning and afternoon, and Shanghai is expected to enjoy similar weather throughout the week, including qualifying on Saturday.

Darker clouds and scattered thunder storms could move overhead by the morning of race day, however, according to the English-language Chinese TV channel CCTV9.
