Quote selected text Published October 7th, 2006 in Main
The wait for NHRA drag racing to return to Virginia Motorsports Park will extend another week as a relentless rain has forced a one-week postponement of the inaugural Torco Racing Fuels NHRA Nationals.
The $1.6 million race, the 21st of 23 in the POWERade Drag Racing Series, will be run in its entirety Oct. 13-15. Tickets from this weekend’s race will be honored next week or credited towards next year’s event.
