Ricky Carmichael to attempt ARCA Talladega race

Ricky Carmichael, a 10-time AMA national motocross champion from 1997 – 2006, will attempt to make his ARCA RE/MAX series debut at Talladega Superspeedway on Oct. 3.
Carmichael, a rookie on the Camping World East Series this season for Ken Schrader Racing, has been entered into the event at the 2.66-mile speedway by Kevin Harvick Inc. With three top-5 finishes and six top-10’s Carmichael, 28, is eighth in the Camping World East Series standings after 11 of 13 events this season.
how many teams has this guy driven for. last i heard he was a develoment driver for Ginn racing, then when Ginn merged with DEI, (which seames to have turned into a total bust for everyone but the 15 team, who benifited from getting the points from the 14 car when that happened) you didn’t hear musch about him. then he ends up driving for Ken Schrader Racing (who i didn’t even know had a Camping World East team), and now will be driving for Kevin Harvick Inc in a ARCA race. he sure has bounced around for some one who was to be a big star.
He is still driving for Ken Schraders team, just that Kenny doesn’t want to put him in an ARCA car as Kenny will probaly run his ARCA teams second car, so he is on Loan to KHI for that race. Kinda like when Shrub drives for the 32 NNS team (not a JGR team, and I can’t think of the team name right now), he is on loan to that team for that race.
Braun Racing, and Denny also drives for that team. by the way, i hate Kyle Busch.
no i understand that, i just ment that for a guy that was said to be a up and coming star in Nascar,it sure sounds like he’s just another driver with the many diffrent teams he’s driven for. and Kenny has two ARCA teams, i only knew he had one.
Ricky is any other driver, it’s just because he is famous in another type of motorsport that he’s getting this big Hoopla. Kinda like when MJ tried to play Baseball…. l0l
Yeah I think Kenny has two ARCA teams, They may not be two full time teams, but I remember hearing earlier in the year that their were two KSR cars in one of the ARCA races (don’t follow ARCA or Schrader all that much anymore, so it might have just been a one off thing, IDK)
i know that Kenny had one that he drove once in a while and shared with someone else, i think that was a year or two ago.. but i think there was someone he wanted to drive it full time, but i don’t know if that ever happened.
