I just love that fact that Jr won 2 for 2. Now hopefully he can pull a sweep. But, the bigger thing here is that for all the neighsayers that say Jr doesn’t have talent or what have you… WRONG! The guy just needed the equipment. And, really, so far he IS showing DEI what a loss they have taken on not working or listening to him. He knew he needed to get with the right equipment and mindset for winning and being competative. Sure its early, but more over, those people who doubt him, just got proven wrong again and already. Good move JR!!
This looks more and more like its going to be an awesome 500 race. All these cars look really good and even with each other. Guys you normally don’t see running up front, are doing so. Guys that always are up front aren’t so dominate. Its great for a real competition, aside from underdetected cheats. I still don’t care much for the appearance of the COT’s, but at least were seeing the commonalities with them now.
GO JR! SWEEP IT BABY!!!
(I’ll post it here as well…ganjadude! Didn’t know we had posting police as to tell us where WE should to post. I’ll post where I want to. lmao)
hope I have me a pair diapers for the 500 LoL and has Kurt Busch not wreck in amykind of practice or race yet ??? He’ll make 23 laps at most LoL !!
this goes 2 john speed tony will run his a__ over if he last more than 23 laps im with you brother
I think Kurt’s last early exit was a strategic move.
Look at Michael and Junior up front. Who says DEI wasn’t holding anyone back? lol.
haha, allmendinger didnt qualify!!! yeah that nascar move proved to be a great one!
Well at least Allmendinger has a ride in NASCAR compared with the rumor mill about Champ Car’s existence within the past couple weeks. Maybe he knew something all of us didn’t.
LOL Busch did NOT use that as a strategic move. Busch is to selfish, stupid, and never follows team rules. There is just no way he would leave a race like for strategy.
As, for ANY strategy plating out. I think only the guys that were locked in totally, IE: Johnson laid back simply because once he knew he wouldn’t win the duel, he saved the car from trouble. That’s all. (I can’t believe I was just talking nice about him eww lol)
And for Waltrip… their strategy was to help a teamate get IN the 500. Jarrett wasn’t faring well and Waltrip and others not on the team want Jarrett in. I don’t blame them for that. Jarrett is a good guy and this is his last 500 run, he’s retiring after this year.(unlike Mark Martin- running a partial, then a full season IN his so called retirement). Jarrett truly is leaving and He has been a wonderful person and great racer to the sport. If I were locked in, I would have tried to help him get in too.
Who’s Allmendinger? haha just kidding. What I want to know is WHY… I mean WHY do these owners keep letting Mayfield get in a car? That guy has NEVER produced. Sigh.
Busch may be selfish but he knows how to win.
Look at the almighty Jacques as well. He looked like fish out of water in a car with no traction control.
Hope both the Busch brothers crash out on the first lap. Both are jerks and dirty drivers.
Does anybody know what cars that didn’t make it in would’ve without the top 35 rule, or even just based on time trial speed?
Absolutely in agreement with ya there Rustler!
Axel… Umm… noooo Kyle doesn’t know how to drive. Omg! That is funny someone thinks he can.
As for brother, Kurt… He is a scumbag who shouldn’t even BE in racing with his dirty little tactics. Driving stupid, wrecking and then blaming everyone else but himself. But the biggest thing that should keep him out was that incidnet when he practically ran over a crew guy last year. There is absolutely NO excuse for that behavior and he should be banned. He will kill someone before they DO do something. Which makes it even more sickening. Let’s let some guy who has a personality disorder, anger problem, lack of control, lack of responsibility, no talent just luck, dangerous, sociopath(spl), etc and put him in a thousand pound weapon and have at it. No! He needs to be sitting in a cell with a white jacket on receiving haldol and lithium.
