Wood Brothers/JTG Racing sign 17 year old driver John Wes Townley

17-year old Georgia native John Wes Townley has signed a developmental driver contract with the Wood Brothers/JTG Racing Organization.
Townley will continue his late model campaign in 2007 with backing from long-time sponsor Zaxby’s, as well as BB&T Bank, Coca-Cola and Lang Signs. He intends to run the entire 2007 ASA Late Model South schedule in addition to five selected USAR Hooters Pro Cup events.
Currently, Townley is enrolled in the Future Stars in Racing Training and Development Academy, where he is working on his skills outside the race car.
