After uncle Carl was snubbed and unceremoniously tossed out with his camera crew of a Office Depot store in Mexico City negotiations might be a little stale today… Man it must be getting harder to plug your sponsor these days..
That was way to funny a piece & the look on Carl’s face when he asked if they knew who he was, well just say priceless.
Looking better of UPS all the time I would say…

I doubt Office Depot would give up such a high profile driver…

Yea I cracked up when they showed it . I believe it came on in the red flag time while they were fixing the wall. so if you know some one who recorded it have them give you a peek. ESPN

Carl had been picked to be followed around during his stay in Mexico city for a fill time spot and because of a long red flag time they showed it.
He was coming back from some where and saw a Office Depot in a part of Mexico City so they pulled in to go see if they was a picture of him in the store (Promo stuff) and It appeared no one in the store spoke English and to make matters worse for Carl no body knew who he was (he was in street cloths) in the store and were freaked out by the camera crew. He kept asking in as many ways as he could if they knew he was the famous race driver (99) sponsored by thier company, nope no one knew him, and finally got a little anxious about the whole thing and asked him to leave, pronto please.
The last seen was Carl in the parking lot being interviewed saying something like, well at least they were polite about tossing us out.. It was really funny and for real…
