NASCAR could announce prior to the end of the 2007 Craftsman Truck Series season that the NCTS will follow their Busch Series brethren north of the border into Canada as early as 2008.
After what many consider a wildly successful debut for the NASCAR Busch Series in Montreal earlier this year, NASCAR will take the Truck series to Canada near the end of May 2008 for a companion race to the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series Mosport International Raceway. The track is near Toronto.
The 2008 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series schedule will be released within weeks.
- NASCAR Michigan 400 to Air on Canadian Television this Sunday
- Dodge to sponsor first NASCAR Busch race in Canada
- Montreal and Toronto Champ Car Races to be Broadcast Live on XM Satellite Radio
- Dodge to sponsor Carpentier in Montreal Busch race
