Tony Stewart plans to allow Ricky Rudd to enjoy a family vacation this weekend. Despite a fractured right shoulder blade, Stewart said Wednesday he plans to do all of the practicing, qualifying and racing in the No. 20 Chevrolet at Pocono Raceway. Stewart ran just 38 laps last week at Dover before Rudd stepped in as a relief driver. Stewart said he has a new version of the ButlerBuilt seat he’s been running that he thinks will help him at the 2.5-mile triangular track. Stewart said the team would make a decision later this week whether to have a relief driver standing by for this weekend.

I’m really glad to finally see Tony Stewart feeling better. I’m not a diehard Tony Stewart fan but I did really hate to see him hurt, I just hope him, truex, and junior will all be able to come home with a Top 10 finish this weekend.
GO JUNE, TRUEX, and TONY!
