Sam Hornish, Jr to attempt 2nd Busch race at California this weekend

Sam Hornish, JrSam Hornish will attempt his second Busch Series race of the season this weekend at California Speedway.

Hornish, who has won two Indy races at the track in Fontana but has never driven a stock car there, is competing part time for Penske Racing in the series this season.

“I am really excited to get out to California Speedway, because I have some special memories there in open wheel,” Hornish said. “With the limited experience I have in the Busch car, it’s going to be nice to go to a track that I know and feel comfortable at.”
