Roush to make ‘big’ announcement regarding Red Sox buy-in of team?

Jack Roush says his deal with the Fenway Sports Group is not complete, but his Roush Racing team has scheduled a “BIG” announcement Feb. 14 at Jackie Robinson Ballpark in Daytona Beach. That would be an appropriate place for Roush to announce that he has partnered with FSG, the marketing arm of Boston Red Sox owner John Henry.
Roush said the contracts are in the hands of the lawyers, and he would expect a decision by the end of March. He indicated that there could be a name change to the team. FSG has been negotiating with Roush for about the last five or six months. Roush said FSG’s ownership role could be anywhere from 25 to 50%.
