Rain forecast for NASCAR Texas race

NASCAR Nextel CupRain is likely to fall most of the afternoon in Texas affecting the running of today’s Dickies 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.

UPDATE-2:15EDT: The rain has stopped at TMS for the moment and they are trying to dry the track but the forecast is for more rain.

UPDATE-3:40EDT: The pace car is leading the cars around the track and looks like they will start the race.

UPDATE-3:50EDT: Green Flag.
