No more contracts for Ganassi crewmembers

Car owner Chip Ganassi is reshuffling his massive operation for 2008, releasing a number of crewmen and saying he will not be signing any crewmen to contracts anymore.

If he doesnt sign them to contracts anymore who and what idot will he get to work on the cars
to work on the cars. He should sign them to an open ended contract.
And he might get some decent mechanics other wise he isnt going to get
a decent mechanic.
Blame Robby for this mess too.
I am not too sure Ganassi would not get any good mechanics!
No contract is the same as Perform to keep your job. I am pretty
sure that must be some stipulations and benefits that may come with
the package but in this way you will ensure to keep the very best of
your pool of mechanics. Definitive it will increase the Stress
level during the racing season.
