NASCAR Nextel Cup-A shakeup is looming for the Roger Penske operation, with Toyota’s Red Bull team reportedly making a run at crew chief Matt Borland to take the helm of Brian Vickers’ team next season. Borland is Ryan Newman’s crew chief at Penske’s.

-Toyota yesterday signed Andy Graves to be the company’s NASCAR field manager for its 2007 Nextel Cup debut season. Graves spent the past five years managing Chip Ganassi’s Dodge teams.

-In addition to racing in the Truck Series race this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway, David Ragan will also attempt to make his third start in the Nextel Cup Series, driving the #60 Pennzoil Ford in the Dickies 500.
