Also, a lot of the challenge comes from keeping your arms and legs stable under such high g-forces. That alone makes it many times more difficult to drive the car properly.

Both the Schumacher’s where pretty tall I think. F1/IRL/CCWS cars are bigger then most people think, you are pretty open to any height driver, its just girth that you have to watch l0l.

If you ever watch a F1 race on Speed they have G meter and it is crazy. Under Braking it is 3 G’s forward!

Interesting….about the neck. Lots of people think that all those drivers do is steer the car around the curves and go fast. It’s like a Blue Angel pilot…the body has to be trained to handle all of it…and then, the mind. Very difficult.
