As far as Elliott Sadler’s #19 car, the leading candidate is candymaker M&M’s, which currently sponsors David Gilliland and the #38 Robert Yates Racing Ford, a car Sadler used to drive.
Sadler was exceptionally popular with M&Ms when he drove for Yates and sources said the company would love to work with the affable Virginia native again.
UPDATE:
Ray Evernham told Sirius NASCAR Radio’s Sirius Speedway Tuesday that there was no truth to the rumor that M&Ms will sponsor Elliott Sadler’s #19 Dodge next season. “Absolutely not,” he said. “I don’t know where that came from, but it’s not true.”

sweet, hope sadker gets his old sponsor back. the only difference now would be car maker and team name.
Yes, Gilliland is dragging that brand name down. Plus, I really associate that car with Saddler. If he gets M&M’s back I hope he doesn’t try to do any aerial stunts at Dega again. Well, it would be interesting to watch…
I” be happy either way as ong as i see him driving!!
I’ve heard something from a friend who works in the PR industry that M&Ms is totally content to stay with Gilliland, no matter how bad he’s doing. Sad part is, even with how bad he’s doing, Gilliand is the highest ranked of the two Yates cars…and Elliott’s not doing much better.
Sadler was a very good fit with the company and fans alike. I’d like to see this deal take place.
listen gilliad is deacent driver yes he doesnt have the experiance as other drivers but thats no reason to go bashing on him with more experiance i think hes going to be a good driver and robert yates must have seen that to or he wouldnt be driving for him.
