The #66 Haas CNC Racing Chevrolet will sport a special paint design this weekend at Talladega Superspeedway. The Microsoft Windows Live logo will appear on the hood and quarter panels of the #66 entry, driven by Jeff Green, in Sunday’s Nextel Cup Series race.
Earlier this year, Microsoft became an associate sponsor of the Haas team, and Microsoft’s Windows Live OneCare product was featured on the #66 entry in the Neighborhood Excellence 400 race at Dover International Speedway in June. The Microsoft Windows Live logo has appeared on the lower rear quarter panels of the #66 car in select races since that time.
Best Buy, who is the primary sponsor of the #66 Haas CNC Racing Chevrolet in a number of events this season, is a featured retailer of Microsoft’s Windows Live OneCare service, an all-in-one PC care service available to consumers nationwide. As an added convenience for customers, Geek Squad Agents are available 24/7 to install Windows Live OneCare in-home or at Geek Squad Precincts in Best Buy Stores.
Including the June race at Dover International Speedway, this weekend marks just the second time in Microsoft’s history the company has been the primary sponsor of a Nextel Cup Series car.
