Given the boot for a roard course ace that has NEVER won a Cup race is dumb. Most of the teams outside the top 35 are using the so called, non Cup winners in an attempt to gain points. Raines too, will miss the race. There's nothing like getting stupid and hurting your drivers' confidence. Raines sits in the top 25, not the bottom 10. I don't like this move.
