Busch Series driver Jason Leffler will take over Red Horse Racing’s No. 1 Toyota in the Craftsman Truck Series for five of the six races left on the 2007 schedule.
Brandon Whitt will drive the truck at Atlanta Motor Speedway while Leffler tends to his Busch commitments with Braun Racing at Memphis Motorsports Park. Leffler replaces David Green, who had replaced Aaron Fike.
“We are very thankful to David Green for helping us get our feet back under us,” Red Horse Racing General Manager and owner Tom DeLoach said. “David helped us move forward as we continue to grow Red Horse Racing, but we’re still trying to find out what we need to do to make our team better. We’re making changes to make our program stronger as we prepare for a championship run in 2008.”
