Kyle Busch’s springs on Busch car found to be legal

Upon further evaluation at the NASCAR Research and Development Center, the front springs from Kyle Busch’s Winn-Dixie 250-winning Chevrolet did meet the minimum spring rate, NASCAR spokesperson Tracey Judd said.
NASCAR rules require both front springs to have a total spring rate of 3,000 pounds, and the springs from Busch’s car were initially slightly under that total when measured in Daytona International Speedway’s garage area after Friday’s race.
But measurements on a more precise device at the R&D center in Concord, N.C., proved Busch’s springs to be legal, so no penalties will be levied against Busch’s No. 5 Hendrick Motorsports team.

GOOD! Not that I am a Hendrick or Busch fan! Just sick of all these penalties! This season is
like watching a terrible officiated Football game! The refs should not change the game, just as
NASCAR needs to stop changing the races!
Hmmm, NASCAR really wasted our time on this one.
what the hell? is nascar losing it?
I guess Mike Heltons pay raise has already been paided for so they dont care now.
To NASCAR: Open mouth, insert foot.
This wouldnt have happened when Bill France jr was running things
And the results from the not so instant replay are ( concord got the brown paper bag full of money) from Hendrick and now all is OK.
Bill France is allready spinning in his grave.
Hmmmm, money changing hands????
shows us exactly what the nascar officials know when
penalites are handed down intially!!
maybe every other team should start challenging them too
a$$holes!!
my oppion you suck kyle bush you cheat all the time. there is something wrong when a driver like you always ether wins or always in the top 5 at every race, remember nascar is finally on to you so quit cheating you moron!!
.
Tracey… A lot of drivers have had good runs that lasted awhile
over the years. I’m not a Hendrick supporter at all, but you can’t
fault a driver for finishing well a few times.
Saying money changed hands to clear this is up is ridiculous. Tell me,
if that’s the case, why didn’t they do it the first time? I mean if
Nascar would be willing to accept that this time, they would of last
time, too. And Hendrick may be an a__, but he’s not stupid. The same
team getting caught with the same infraction two weeks in a row? He’s
too smart for that; why d’you think the cheating he’s been caught
doing is always something different? Atleast he’s a variety man.
