Brad KeselowskiBrad Keselowski raced to his first Nationwide Series victory Saturday night, passing Clint Bowyer with six laps to go and easily holding off his closest rivals at Nashville Superspeedway.

Kyle Busch, racing in the second of three NASCAR races in a historic weekend triple, finished 20th, three laps down. A green flag pit stop with 52 laps to go bounced him from the top five to two laps down.

Keselowski, driving for Dale Earnhardt Jr., became the seventh first-time winner in 15 Nationwide races at Nashville Superspeedway. David Stremme rallied to finish second, followed by David Reutimann and Bowyer.

Busch’s setback came 24 hours after his second-place finish in the Craftsman Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway.

By starting Sunday at Pocono, the Sprint Cup Series leader will become the first driver to compete in all of NASCAR’s top three series at different tracks on the same weekend. Busch will start in a backup car at the tail of the field, the result of a crash earlier Saturday that destroyed his primary car during practice.

yea thats a pretty mature thing to do. the kid’s a really good race car driver and should be mentioned alot he did fantastic last week and was dominating this week. it’s unfortunate what happened but certainly nothing to laugh about. now kyle busch wrecking would be a different story!

Joey Lagono is like a Good song.

At first you only hear it a little bit and you have that “I need more” feeling, then it starts getting played every hour on the hour on your main radio station, and even when you change the stations you hear it and you start to get sick of it. Then it starts to die off in popularity when the next big song comes, and by a month or two later you are back to only hearing that song one or two times a day, and within 2-3 months you hardly ever hear that song but you kind of like when you hear it because you haven’t heard it in awhile.

Yeah I know that was a long way to go for an analogy, but it was a good/true one.

Why is it that this is a story on the kids first major win… yet 1/2 the article is on shrub? I mean seriously if you wanna talk about him give him his own article about this weekend, leave him out of someone elses congratulatory article. I mean the last 2 paragraphs even? sheesh.

Thank god he finished dead last today in cup, 21 points for burton to take him off his high horse.

And What exactly does this topic have to do with Sprint Cup? NOTHING. Last Time I checked this article was about a Nationwide series race, and the Nationwide series is on the ESPN/ABC family of networks not the Turner Family of networks.
