Kasey Kahne looks forward to Charlotte

“There are three or four NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series races that every driver wants to win and the Coca-Cola 600 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway is definitely one of those events. The No. 9 Dodge Dealers/UAW Dodge Charger performed great to win the 600 in May.
We led just over 150 laps. In the 2004 fall race, our No. 9 Dodge was as good or maybe even better. It led more than 200 laps. The night was spoiled when a tire problem sent the racecar into the outside retaining wall and out of the race. We’ve led all five races I’ve competed in at Lowe’s.
“After a disappointing start in The Chase, we had a good effort last week at Talladega. That gives us momentum going into the night race at Lowe’s where the No. 9 Dodge Charger will carry a special Mopar Blue Camouflage paint scheme. We’ll race hard for wins these next six races; that’s the way we can impact the point standings.”

Kasey needs to win again. :]
I think Kasey will do great this weekend. Maybe even get the win! Maybe he’ll even sweep Busch & Cup!!
