Kasey Kahne: “Good racecars. Disappointing results.”

“That’s been the story for the No. 9 Dodge Dealers/UAW Dodge team in the three Chase races. The results have diminished our title hopes, but not our desire to win. We have some good tracks coming up for the No. 9 team. We’ll do everything we can to score as many points as we can these last seven races. Winning races would take away some of the disappointment of these first three races.
“I always look forward to Talladega. I enjoy racing there. Being three and four wide is a lot of fun, but you don’t look forward to not being in control of what happens. The key is staying out of trouble. We got in an accident early, I think lap 10, in the spring race. There were about 15 cars in it. When something happens, you are going so fast and running so close, you can’t avoid it.
The key is to keep the car clean and have the opportunity to race the last 50 miles. It’s three hours of intense racing.”

Iam sure Kahne will turn around soon. I always had faith in him and his now even better driving skills…only time will tell.. I think for him just making the chase has said alot when you look back at his stats last year. He is still learning and I think now he is putting it all to his advantage for him to be where he is now… He is doing great. Much Love for Kasey… big fan..Kassandra
I agree, Kasey has done great this season, Championship would be great, but he has many years left to get that!! Good luck to Kasey in the rest of the season.
I think Kasey has some good luck coming his way! He’s had a rough start, but NO WAY that will last! Even though I think it’ll be hard for him to win it, I still think he can finish top 5 in points! I’ve always had faith in him, and always will! He’s had a great season!
