Your all right He has strong ties with Toyota in several diffrent racing series and although I dont think he;ll ever be Toyotas flagship team I think he"ll do better with Toyeta in the long run. He has a long partnership with them. He probably wanted the program to get off the ground before jumping in and next year is the perfect year to change with the COT car rolling in. As we have seen with the Lexus engine in Grand-Am, CGR has been competing for both the team and driver's championships the last couple of seasons and winning the Rolex 24 for two years in a row. All they're doing is looking into the past to see their previous success with Toyota, looking at how Toyota runs in the truck series, and knowing what is inevitably going to happen in the future with Toyota in Cup now that Gibbs is supposedly on board.
