Jayski reports that IROC is selling their fleet of race cars which are race ready with engines and transmissions. All are painted white but can be decaled in the Crown Royal scheme if wanted.
Looks like IROC is a dead duck.
- IROC comes to an official end, all assets to be liquidated
- IROC still seeking sponsor
- IROC delays start of 2007 season, needs a sponsor
- IROC to auction off assets
- Is this the end of the IROC Series?

IROC started going downhill when they stopped road racing.
Watching 12 identical cars on a big oval is boring.
:{
Why??
why run them? we have the COT now and nascar is getting trendy for all the other kinds of racers to come to.
GAY!
Well the person that said that IROC is apparently finished must not know the history of IROC. Every time they move to a new model of car they sell off the old fleet of cars because they will no longer be using them. I know people that have an Avenger and a Camaro that IROC ran, and IROC sold when they switched bodies. It only makes sense for them to move to a new model of car when they come back because 1. GM hasnt provided support for years, and 2. The IROC Trans-Am is an old model that isnt even produced for the street anymore.
I agree with Fisha…they’ll be back!
I’M INTERESTED IN BUYING A IROC RACE CAR!!
PLEASE HAVE JAYSKI CONTACT ME!!!
I’d hate to see IROC go if this is true, but it’ll never be as it once was. It was at it’s best when we had Dale Earnhardt, Mark Martin….ect… out there battling it out back in the day. That was fun IROC racing!!
go figure dale jr. gets his first pole in a long time and swoop robbed again terssa ernhart still putting her nose were it dont bel;ong
