Haas CNC Racing announces marketing hire

With its most recent addition, the team announced Mike Verlander will serve as Director of Business Development. Verlander brings his experience from MCG Sports where he managed business development for Joe Gibbs Racing.
Verlander has worked with leading teams including Evernham Motorsports and Joe Gibbs Racing. He has introduced and managed corporate partners through the highest levels of NASCAR. Verlander will begin duties immediately from Haas CNC Racing facilities.

Gene Haas is still a convicted felon and that’s where the problems start. He is either in prison or going there soon. He put the teams into Custer’s name. As I recall, Best Buy bolted as a result of the conviction.
