Goodys to return to Martinsville as sponsor for three more years

Goody’s Headache Powders will return to historic Martinsville Speedway in Martinsville, VA. as title sponsor of the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series race for the next three years, announced Alan McKirby, Director of Goody’s Marketing, and Clay Campbell, President Martinsville Speedway.
Next year’s Goody’s 500 will be held on Sunday, April 1, 2007. “After many years of sponsoring NASCAR races at Martinsville, we’re thrilled to be back in the heart of Goody’s Country as title sponsor of the Goody’s 500, NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series race,” said McKirby. “Fans can look forward to 2007 being a groundbreaking year for Goody’s in the sport of NASCAR. Celebrating 30 years in the sport, there will be an abundance of new and exciting activities in 2007 all of which will enhance the experience of race fans throughout Goody’s Country.”
