This new policy of letting anyone come on here as a “guest” is not working out very well. Above is a good example with 3 different people named “guest” and not knowing who is saying what.

We are working on tweak right now that should solve that problem and at the same time prevent unregistered users from trying to ‘imposter’ someone who has registered.

you know, people can DIE when such things happen, that’s a heck of a sentence to put on someone just because you don’t like them. For as much as I dislike Tony Stewart, I’d never wish death on him—-truthfully!! These men have FAMILIES who love them and depend on them to be there to be a husband, a father, a son, an uncle, a brother, a cousin—–what in the HELL is wrong with you??

________while personally I disagree with this penalty and am NOT even that much of an Edwards fan, if Tony gets tapped one week and his rear end is low and is NOT penalized then carl shouldn’t be penalized the following week!

It’s true that a low rear end has no disadvantage to the racecar, my husband raced cars for over 10 years and taught me that much in our first season together. We did have a rear spoiler one year that put our car 1/4 inch higher than regulations and were asked to remove it—you could visually see the advantage we got from it while coming out of turn 4 (where we were standing in the pits.)

I’m really upset and sickened by guest #2’s comment. I’ve been a widow for nearly 8 years and counsel other widows and widowers and their children and for someone to wish a person’s car blows up —-KNOWING the dangers involved in auto racing just appauls me!

Grow up Guest #2!! You’re pretty childish and to be quite blunt——ignorant—-completely and totally unintelligent!This train of thought is unacceptable and has no purpose in racing or anywhere in life!
