2. NASCAR has been pretty consistent with COT penalties compared to the old car. But maybe that is because the COT is more Black and White whereas the Spoiler car is more Grey as far as what is legal and what isn’t goes.

Ad Fha, yr s stpd. As I have stated time and time before, Nascar is never consistant with their penalties, but not all penalties are nor should they be, allocated the same for different types of infractions.

And since this whole thing with that they did has been kinda hush-hush I did some searching to see if I could find anything that may not have been posted on here or Jayski, and I found an article on Fox-Sports that mentions that last week Edwards team had done something to his wheel wells that NASCAR did not like, and they told teams to not do that in the future (which that in itself was a pretty hush-hush thing), so it MAY, be something similar to that, where this time it was just a warning and the next time its a fine, or it could be something like that, but they have not figured out how exactly how they want to penalize the teams yet.

And remember while NASCAR has had to deal with these kind of issues in the past and they have a previous precedent with what the penalties are on the old car, They have kinda like Started over with how severe the penalties are with the COT.

I was not implying anything because Jr is involved, I was simply implying that based on the majority past infractions with the COT, that is what the penalty would probaly be. And then my second post was talking about when the penalties are usually announced, and then my 3rd response was pointing out that for what I would consider a minor infraction, last year Jr’s team got penalized 100/100/100/6 and that most likely this would probably be the same penalty as it is also a minor infraction.

And then my 4th, 5th, & 6th responses are asking the blind biased Jr fans where I showed any biased towards what I think the fine should be because Jr is involved.

So please tell me where I have implied that?

Fisha the penalties arent always COT issues and say if it was a suspenion issue or something not involving the body the penalty would be 25 points and $25,000 but we will have to wait and see. BTW there is no part from any factory that comes perfect they all have to be worked on to get them to be perfect, i used to work in a bodyshop myself.

And as far as the whole “Everyone else here finds something good and something bad on other drivers as well as their own favorite.”

Who has said I don’t? Just because I do not happen to voice all my opinions on this site does not mean the limited ones I do are my only ones.

Also you keep on saying my “hatred for/of Jr” Where have I ever said I hate him? I may dislike him, but I don’t hate him, or really anybody else. There is a difference… a big difference between Hate and dislike… maybe you should go look it up

And as for the “minor” infraction, Nascar did not see that as minor, though Most of us would agree the friggen pins WERE a minor thing and NOT clearly defined in the rules. And as to Nascar’s own acknowledgment, “we are going to make an example out of this”. And nailed him more then any other would be for the same type of “minor” infraction. We KNOW to that not ALL infractions are values the same penalties. So you need to get over your need to do the 100/100/100, 6 races, on every instance of an issue with any penalty/driver. It gets old.

As for us “blind, biased jr fans”… Take a good look at yourself, you hypocrite. Your the only one that seems to be blind and biased. Everyone else here finds something good and something bad on other drivers as well as their own favorite. Your so stupid. Just be quite for awhile, really, just shut up about your discontent for Jr, and maybe you might gain some respect here.

Im tired of seeing 43 bricks on tires with some different stickers going around the race track, and i am tired of seeing nascar being so inconsistent with every little thing.

Sorry to rant on here but its just frustrating..
