After Sunday’s rainout, NASCAR executives may have to go back to the drawing board and scrap their tentative plans to move the Dover race to April.
Dover CEO Denis McGlynn is decidedly cool about the prospect of moving this race to a wetter time of the year. Sunday’s rainout was Dover’s first for this race since May 1975.
