Dodge/MOPAR of Canada and the Dodge Quebec Dealer Advertising Association will rev up the Dodge brand when the NASCAR Busch series visits Canada next weekend.

Dodge recently announced their sponsorship of Patrick Carpentier, one of Quebec’s most recognized and most respected sports figures, which provides him the opportunity to drive the Dodge Charger in Canada’s first-ever NASCAR Busch Series race.

“I am really happy that the Dodge Quebec dealers have given me the opportunity to make my first start in the Busch Series race in Montreal,” mentioned Patrick Carpentier. “Honestly, I am thrilled to be racing in front of my fans. It will be a very busy weekend with two races in two days, but I will definitely have fun. I have a very good car and the team is very competitive, so I will do everything I can to finish on the podium at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve.”

Dodge also is the Presenting Sponsor of the August 3-4, 2007 race at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal.
