Carl Edwards wins Busch race in Bristol

More than an hour was spent in caution laps during the Busch Series race Saturday. After leading for 146 laps, Carl Edwards flipped off his car after he took the checkered flag in the Sharpie MINI 300.
Kyle Busch led the pack for 85 laps. He finished the race in third. Even he was not immune to a few bumps in Bristol Motor Speedway. He was trapped between two cars and bumped out of first at one point.
Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards shared the lead during most of the race. A combined 231 laps were led by the two. Busch fell back to the seventh position near lap 240 after a bump from Carl Edwards sent him spinning.
Edwards led the Busch Series points going into Saturday’s race with 1,005. He spent the almost the entire race in a top 10 position.
