NASCAR legends Bobby and Donnie Allison will guest host a live radio special this Sunday, December 16 (12:00-3:00pm/et) exclusively on Sirius NASCAR Radio, channel 128. On the program, co-hosted by Sirius’ Tim Packman, the Allison brothers will share stories from their racing careers, compare their era with the NASCAR of today and take calls from NASCAR fans and Sirius listeners around the country.
On the program, the Allison’s will reunite with fellow co-founding member of the storied “Alabama Gang”, Red Farmer, who will call in to reminisce about the origins of their famous race shop in Hueytown, Alabama. Other featured guests scheduled to phone in include 1989 Cup Series champion Rusty Wallace and three-time Cup Series champion Cale Yarborough. Sirius is the Official Satellite Radio Partner of NASCAR and in 2008 will broadcast every Sprint Cup Series, Nationwide Series and Craftsman Truck Series race live on Sirius NASCAR Radio, the only radio channel dedicated to NASCAR 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
