Bill France, Jr released from hospital

Bill France Jr., vice chairman of Nascar and chairman of International Speedway Corp., was released from a hospital in Daytona Beach, Florida, after recovering from a virus.
The 73-year-old France was released from Halifax Hospital yesterday, five days after being admitted, Nascar spokesman Ramsey Poston said. Poston didn’t give details on France’s condition.
