Armor All announced today they will sponsor two-time NASCAR Nextel Cup Series champion Tony Stewart in the 2008 season-opening event for the NASCAR Nationwide Series at Daytona Int’l Speedway on Feb. 16.
Armor will also serve as primary sponsor for Tony Stewart Racing driver Donny Schatz in the World of Outlaws Series for the entire 2008 season.
- Stewart to test at Daytona
- Lenox Tools to sponsor Childress/Burton
- IROC delays start of 2007 season, needs a sponsor
- Stewart attempts to make history at Daytona
- Tony Stewart grabs Nationwide victory at Daytona

Shouldn’t the title to this article read “Armor All to sponsor Stewart’s NATIONWIDE car at Daytona?”
Good one Luke, but since this story is still in the 2007 season it is still the Bush Series and should always be called that I think.
Nationwide car just doesn’t have the same ring as Busch car.

Yep! Gotta get used to that! Thanks!
Well this ends the speculation of what the pix of him in the Armor-All suit were for. I have to say Smoke makes a pretty good Viking. l0l
What does it take to be the overall sponsor of something
like this anyway? Wondering if Corporation (Inc.) bid,
or does The Great Oz of Nascar choose. Just curious.
Auto Insurance business must be doing really good.
I suspect those Armoral Commercials are going to be stupid.
The Bull with horns who will be ready to fight against
rain spots on grandma’s car. He’ll detail those tires, and
boring stuff like this. There is No Rubbing by Tony,
when he’s using Armoral hands free waxing Products. Just
spray it on, wash it off and your done. The car isn’t the
only thing shining - here’s Tony! (oh, please delivery
me this - not the man I root on, please!)
and he shines ..

If you are talking about the Series Title sponsor then yes the corporation bids. If your talking about car sponsors that is a combonation of the sponsor wanting to be on a car and a team/driver looking for a specific sponsor.
I love the picture of him in the viking hat. NEVER GETS OLD! lol
Where can I buy the car? It’s very pretty. Thanks

If you are talking about the diecast I haven’t seen it anywhere yet (well I haven’t really looked that hard for it so it may be out there), but The Sunday Hauler will probably have it. Their website is http://www.thesundayhauler.com/
