Aaron FikeNASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver Aaron Fike and his fiancee Cassandra Davidson waived their right to a preliminary hearing in Mason Municipal Court on July 19 on recent drug charges.

The case will move to Warren County Common Pleas Court.

Fike, 24, and Davidson, 21, were arrested after a drug incident at Kings Island on July 7.

Both Fike and Davidson admitted to possessing heroin after they were found with drugs in the Kings Island parking lot, according to a police report.

Kings Island security attempted to detain the two when they were found in a parked 2005 Toyota Sequoia with a towel or blanket crossing the front seat headrests.

According to the report, Fike started to drive away when confronted and clipped an officer with the passenger side mirror.

Mason Prosecutor Robert Peeler advised officers that vehicular assault had not occurred because the officer was not injured.

A search of the vehicle revealed syringes, one of which had brown liquid in it that Fike said was heroin, spoons with residue and other drug paraphernalia.

Lets just see how it plays out.

Yes, indeed, but he should have never admitted to the police that he was in possession of it.
