Brad KeselowskiNASCAR chairman Brian France and other top officials talked to rookie Brad Keselowski before Sunday’s Sprint Cup race at Phoenix International Raceway about his over-aggressive driving that has angered several drivers. “It’s hard to bust a guy for being aggressive, but there’s a fine line between being aggressive and destructive,” Series director John Darby said. “From listening and talking to people, he’s already got a few drivers upset.

Typically if you leave it alone you get a worse situation, so we’ll talk to him.” Keselowski said the meeting was good and that he was impressed that France was part of it. “It’s the first time I’ve ever had a conversation with him,” Keselowski said. “It’s good to know he cared enough to be there and is paying attention to what is happening in the sport.” The meeting was called in response to Saturday’s Nationwide Series race at PIR in which Keselowski reignited his feud with Denny Hamlin.

Asked if he thought the meeting was necessary, Keselowski smiled and said, “I don’t have all the answers.” Darby said there are no plans to talk to Hamlin and he’s not worried that the retaliation will take place in the Cup race.

I can’t believe that they talked to brad about this. I thought he actually drove very similiar to Earnhardt Sr!!! It is so funny that the whiney cry baby Hamlin and Cryle actually got Nascar to talk to Brad. It is not even their series to drive in and have taken the championship away from Brad. I hope that all the Nationwide guys see what is going on and retaliate with all the cup drivers who come down. Brad seems to have gotten a cup ride even though he made poor Cryle and Whiney cry baby Hamlin mad………..

Lee: Where are these wrecks you are talking about? I don’t see them anywhere.

    Pat,

Neither does nascar these 2 are just Kyle haters. I like Brad I think he is extremely talented, but it does seem he has become a lil cocky. Even in his interviews he has become a lil cocky. He has wrecked Hamlin numerous times, in the race he bumped Hamlin and then went and turned him in the following turn. If Brad wanted to prove a poin to Hamlin or send a message he wasnt happy the best way to do it would have been the way, was the way Jeff did to Kyle in the race sunday, Kyle got into to jeff, and Jeff who wasnt happy was bumping Kyle through the next turn, but not enough to wreck Kyle just enough to let Kyle know he made a bad and that jeff wasnt happy, next turn Kyle moved over and jeff went on. Maybe Brad think cause he races for the Prodigal Son of nascar that he can just go out and wreck people to. Obviously Nascar sees an issue here and there were MULTIPLE DRIVERS complaing, nascar needed to address the situation. HMMMMMMMMMM Nascar hasnt done that with Kyle yet, hmmmmmmmmmmm i wonder why, cause its cry baby nation that are the only ones complaning.

i like Brad but he is getting cocky. He reminds me of Harvick about 8 years ago when he became the new driver at RCR. Now if he only has that same kind of success.

Hamlin started whole situation to begin with last year when he tried to put Brad in the wall because he didnt just move over for Denny.
