Me too IF and only if he was tested by two sep. places and or pulled hair etc. to be prove test is correct. Or just do steroids like every other sport doesnt seem to effect anything. Is any one testing TIger or those sisters in tennis .. off subject well banned for life is a huge deal .
THey need to get it exactly right test often , test twice and toss em out .

This injunction just means he is no longer suspended. HOWEVER it does not mean that NASCAR has to approve him or his team to compete in any race. Remember NASCAR has full discretion to turn-down entries for any reason they want.

Also this injunction does not clear Jeremy at all, in-fact it does nothing but open him up to more possible trouble. By that I mean should he somehow scrape together money to race, if he shows up with a car that does not pass tech the first time, expect it to be brought up in the courts how “he can’t even bring a car that is within the rules”. Also if he would throw any sort of temper tantrum after being wrecked or something, expect that to be brought up in court as “him not being in the right mind”.

I also expect him and his team to get tested probably every week, although he would be stupid to still be on anything.

exactly…NASCAR doesnt have to let him race or any driver for that matter,and he would be stupid to even show up at daytona im sure Nascar would find something wrong with his car not to mention im sure other drivers dont want him around,I know jeremy from his days at whitesville speedway in owensboro Ky back in the early 90’s he was a pothead doper back then and its plain to see he hasnt changed he got caught using drugs he just needs to stop making excuses.

Jeremys legal defense could be, “hey I was just acting like Kyle Busch.” And then the defense team could show 3 or 4 hours of recent video footage to proove their point.

Everyone was making a big deal about the fence at Dega not holding up correctly…well since mayfields back it will get its regular testing done to it every week…thats a garuntee!

Yeah he’ll get some more fumes from the meth I mean exhaust pipes…lol
