It was man of the moment Felipe Massa who topped the Monza testing timesheets for the second day in a row today as the Ferrari number two recorded a best lap if 1:21.098s, well over a second faster than the ultimate Wednesday pace.

While Ferrari led the way as they assessed the latest Bridgestone rubber, Championship leader Fernando Alonso notched up the second best time of the day as he lapped seven-tenths slower in his R26. Michael Schumacher was third fastest nine tenths down in the second 248 F1.

No less than 20 drivers were in action today in Italy with a massive 4.1 seconds covering the field around the 5.793KM circuit.
