Four-time Indianapolis 500 winner Al Unser Sr.’s arrest last summer on charges of resisting and disobeying police resulted from confusion, Unser’s attorney told a jury Wednesday.
Unser is on trial in Metropolitan Court on the misdemeanor charges.
