Sprint purchased 10,000 tickets to giveaway free to its subscribers for tonight’s NASCAR Sprint Pit Crew Challenge at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte. Capacity for the event is about 15,000 so a sellout is expected.

Saturday night’s All-Star event at Lowe’s Motor Speedway is a “Sprint” race, and Jeff Gordon believes there is only one way to approach the annual event. “Go ‘all out.’” Gordon is currently tied with the late Dale Earnhardt for most victories in the non-points event for race winners.

Motorsports Authentics will once again welcome race fans to its Concord, N.C. headquarters during the two-week May race festivities.
