Statement from Texas Motor Speedway President Eddie Gossage regarding NASCAR’s announcement today to implement two days of testing at Lowe’s Motor Speedway (May 5-6) in preparation for the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race and Coca-Cola 600 in May:

Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates (CGRFS) announced that Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) crew chiefs Donnie Wingo and Jimmy Elledge will change roles, with Wingo assuming duties on the #41 Target Dodge driven by Reed Sorenson and Elledge on the #42 Texaco/Havoline/Juicy Fruit Dodge driven by Juan Pablo Montoya, respectively.
