Rain washed out qualifying for the NASCAR Sprint and Craftsman Truck Series on Friday at Auto Club Speedway and the lineups will be set based on the 2007 owners’ points.

Kentucky Speedway has received a one-month extension to file an appeal in its antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR and International Speedway Corp.
Originally, Kentucky Speedway was supposed to have filed its appeal by March 5, but the new due date is April 7.
