Harvick claims victory at Watkins Glen Busch race

International for Sunday’s Nextel Cup Series Centurion Boats at the Glen was cancelled because of rain. Not postponed. Cancelled.

Said to replace Elliott in the #21 for Watkins Glen
7 Comments Published August 11th, 2007 in NASCAR NewsBoris Said, whose opportunity to race his #60 No Fear Energy Ford Fusion this weekend was lost when Friday’s qualifying session was rained out, will drive the #21 Little Debbie Ford Fusion instead, replacing Bill Elliott. It was Elliott’s idea to put Said, a noted road racer, in the car this weekend.
J.J. Yeley confirmed Friday at Watkins Glen International that he would not return to Joe Gibbs Racing next season, perhaps clearing the way for Kyle Busch to drive the team’s No. 18 Chevrolet in 2008. “I’m leaving Joe Gibbs Racing,” Yeley told reporters Friday.
