Montoya could be penalized for obscene gesture

Although Stewart later said he had spoken in the heat of the moment, retirement remains a possibility when his contract with Joe Gibbs Racing expires at the end of the 2009 season.

But the track is demanding that NASCAR change the way it does business in a revised complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Kentucky.
