Fire strikes Watkins Glen racetrack

Although information was sketchy , flames were visible from nearby roads, but media was not allowed onto the WGI property.
NASCAR team owner taking team public?

If manufacturer spending starts to be reduced, teams simply can not ask sponsors for much more.

Gordon, Blaney conduct Goodyear tire testing at Darlington
0 Comments Quote selected text Published March 6th, 2007 in NASCAR NewsGoodyear will conduct a tire test at Darlington Raceway on March 13 and 14. The test is closed to the public. The drivers participating in the test are #24-Jeff Gordon, #22-Dave Blaney and #41-Reed Sorenson.
All three teams will be bringing the Car of Tomorrow [COT].
