Kobalt Tools will sponsor the #48 Lowe’s Chevy in two of Jimmie Johnson’s Nextel Cup Series races as well as all three of his Busch Series races in 2007. Kobalt Tools will also be the title sponsor for the March 18 race at Atlanta Motor Speedway now called the Kobalt Tools 500.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Richard Petty will appear in the flesh and in wax in Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s Neon Garage. Earnhardt Jr. and Petty, the seven-time NASCAR champion, will unveil their wax figures at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 9. The two figures will remain in the Neon Garage throughout the weekend.
