Infineon remains on IndyCar schedule for 2007

The race will be held on Sunday, Aug. 26 and will be one of three permanent road-course events for the IndyCar Series in 2007.
IRL to return to Mid-Ohio in 2007

The new IndyCar Series event will be contested on the 13-turn, 2.258-mile Mid-Ohio course in Lexington, Ohio.

Motocross star Ricky Carmichael will move to NASCAR in 2007

He will join the Bobby Ginn-owned MB2 Motorsports operation, which fields [#01,#13, #14] Nextel Cup teams for Joe Nemechek and Sterling Marlin.
Kevin Lepage will be finishing the 2006 Nextel Cup season in the #34 Chevy for Front Row Motorsports. Lepage joined Front Row Motorsports last week and is looking forward to driving the rest of the season with his new team.
Vickers’ team earns pit crew win at Talladega
